Welcome to Hillbrooke HotelsIf you are reading this introduction, you are no doubt aware of our fine pedigree stable of hotels. Under our banner of ‘Quirky Luxury’ (not boutique, please note) we are extremely proud of what has been achieved over a relatively short period of time. My deepest thanks go, of course, to all our customers, but huge thanks also go to all the staff that we employ at Hillbrooke Hotels. We are not a normal centralised hotel group, and we do have a slightly eccentric style which not everyone always understands when they first come to stay or work with us. It soon becomes abundantly clear though - service beyond customer expectation and an innate willingness to help. We have still got a long way to go, but in the meantime I hope this website will give you the information you are looking for: the principles behind how we work; who we are; photographs of everything we’re proud of; mind-numbingly dull (but important) facts and figures; job opportunities at all our hotels; our green fingered credentials, and any contact information you may need. If you want to book a room, please don’t do it with me - kindly go to the individual hotel links on this page. But if you want to have a chat about us as a company or a real moan about the missing toothpicks then please call me personally on 07770 268359. Have fun. The Pembroke Arms We are pleased to announce that on 23rd April 2013 Hillbrooke Hotels re-opened The Pembroke Arms at Wilton near Salisbury after an extensive refurbishment. This is an exciting new development for us and we are delighted to have added this lovely old coaching inn to our growing stable of hotels and inns. You can visit its website here. The Stag & Huntsman We are delighted to have been awarded the contract to manage this historic pub in the beautiful Chilterns village of Hambleden - between Henley and Marlow and close to the River Thames. The pub re-opened in the early summer of 2012, following a major refurbishment from which it has emerged with all its main historic features intact but with the addition of more bedrooms - nine in total. You can visit its website here. ![]()
