Our Hotels
Following the opening of our first hotel The Bath Arms at Longleat in 2006, Hillbrooke Hotels opened The Elephant at Pangbourne at the end of 2007 and took over the management contract for The New Inn at Coln St Aldwyns in October 2008. At the end of March 2009 we opened The Master Builder's House Hotel at Buckler's Hard on the Beaulieu Estate after extensive refurbishment.
Then in December 2010 we opened the refurbished Bull & Swan at Burghley, a historic pub in Stamford, and in July 2011 we re-opened the Lady Anne's Hotel in the same town, but under the new name of The William Cecil at Stamford. Later in the year we took over the management of the magnificent Bowood Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort. |
