£80 per adult

(Must be pre-booked & pre-ordered) 

£30 deposit per person required to confirm booking.  Pre-orders will be required 4 weeks prior to the day of the event along with full payment

Served 12 noon to 4pm

To start 

Beetroot & horseradish soup, crusty roll (v) 
Poached smoked haddock, leek veloute, crispy hen's egg
Venison carpaccio, Stilton, walnut & pear salad

To follow

Norfolk Black turkey or sirloin of Lincolnshire beef both served with Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roast potatoes, pork & apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets, sprouts, selection of seasonal vegetables
Pan seared cod, chickpea & chorizo cassoulet 
Butternut squash, wild mushroom & spinach potted pie, chive mash, buttered greens

To finish

Traditional Christmas pudding, brandy sauce
Dark chocolate mousse, vanilla poached pineapple, passionfruit sorbet
Apple & cranberry jelly, hazelnut praline, honey sorbet
Selection of regional cheeses, crackers, chutney, grapes 
Tea, coffee & homemade mince pies
