To start 

Pearl barley truffle broth served with a brunoise of root vegetables
Pan friend breast of partridge, poached quail egg, figs, curried carrot
Pan fried scallops, avocado paste, cured ham, romanesco, apple citronette 
Goat's cheesecake with poached apple and spicy shallot chutney

To follow

Traditional roast turkey stuffed with chestnut and wild mushroom, pigs in blanket, roast potatoes,
brussel sprouts and glazed baby carrots 
Venison wellington, hassleback potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, wild mushroom, port jus
Cod supreme in a herb crust, clams, onions roasted in maple syrup, celeriac puree, spinach
Beetroot risotto, broad beans, ribbon courgette, sugar snaps 

To finish

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce (gf)
Amaretto tiramisu 
Vanilla and orange tart with raspberry sorbet 
Dark chocolate cheesecake with ginger biscuits 
Followed by freshly brewed tea/coffee & mince pies
