New Year's Eve Menu

£85 per person including a glass of fizz & canapés on arrival, dancing & fireworks ending at 1am.

Crab bisque with a prawn bon bon
Butternut squash, goats cheese and fig tart with a herb salad

Duck breast with duck leg sausage roll, kale and cranberry relish
Fillet of stone bass, bubble and squeak, greenbean ragout with confit heritage tomatoes 
Wild mushroom ravioli with an artichoke veloute

Lemon tart with raspberry sorbet 
Dark chocolate and cherry sponge with black cherry ice cream

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking of £42.50 per person, and the remaining balance to be paid 28 days prior to New Year's Eve.
