Includes a glass of fizz & canapés on arrival, dancing & fireworks ending at 1am.

Fillet of stone bass, samphire, shrimps, Dorset chorizo & tomato concasse  
Prosecco risotto with oyster thermidor 
Borlotti cream, with grilled aubergine, cauliflower croquette, pistachio pesto
