Hot smoked Scottish salmon, pickled cucumber, sweet mustard & dill ice cream, crisp sour dough

Chicken liver pate, toasted brioche, shallot marmalade, mixed leaves

Fillet of beef carpaccio, black truffle, pickled gherkins, aged parmesan

Risotto of Cromer crab, red chilli & lime, wild rocket

Whole oven baked camembert for two to share, crusty ciabatta, crisp watercress (v)

Sirloin of Lincoln Red beef, slow roasted pork shoulder or pan seared chicken supreme

All served with roasted root vegetables, fine green beans, Yorkshire pudding, duck fat roast potatoes,  gravy

Slow confit leg of Gressingham duck, sweet potato & orange rosti, sprouting broccoli, red wine reduction

Confit belly of Gloucester Old Spot pork, dauphinoise, sautéed carrots, apple puree, port wine sauce

Wild mushroom & black truffle arancini, rich tomato sauce, poached duck egg, aged parmesan, wild rocket salad (v)
