We are delighted that government measures have eased and that things are moving towards a ‘new normal’.
However, we kindly ask that when you come to the hotel you still wear masks in all internal public areas unless you are seated at a table or in your bedroom. Many of our customers and team members still have concerns about the wearing of masks.
Food and drinks are ordered from, and delivered to, the tables. There is no ordering available directly from our bars. Regrettably, if you haven’t made a table booking for our restaurant ahead of your arrival it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate you.
We will be opening our pub when we have the staff available, serving both drinks and bar snacks. We are not taking reservations for pub tables, these will be on a first come, first served basis.
Along with the majority of hospitality venues across the UK, we are experiencing difficulties in recruiting team members in all departments. We will do our very best to accommodate you and all your needs, but we respectfully ask you to be patient.

Over the last few weeks some of our team have felt intimidated by the behaviour of a very small minority of our guests, to the extent that it has sadly been necessary to ask some customers to leave, which goes against the deepest foundations of our hospitality ethos.
