Mindfulness Breaks at The Master Builder’s with Horse Raft

During May, June, September and October.

Two Night Mindfulness Break

Arrive on a Sunday or Monday night.

After a delicious breakfast, Sally Bennetts, from The Horse Raft, will collect you from the hotel and take you for a two hour walk of immersion in the senses and culture of the New Forest.

Enjoy a delicious lunch in a Forest pub before an afternoon of mindful time with the Raft’s horses – learning horse and self awareness.

Sally will drop you back at the hotel in time for a delicious 3 course dinner in our Riverview Restaurant.

Wake up the following morning for another hearty breakfast.

Leave the hotel having learnt the skills to be more mindful as you head back into daily life.

One Night Mindfulness Break

Arrive on a Sunday or Monday night in time for a delicious 3 course dinner in our Riverview Restaurant.

After a delicious breakfast, Sally Bennetts, from The Horse Raft, will collect you from the hotel and take you for a morning of either a mindfulness walk, when you will be immersed in the senses and culture of the New Forest, or visit the Horse Raft’s horses to experience equine connections with the chance to learn relaxation techniques.

Return to the hotel to collect your bags having learnt the skills to be more mindful as you head back into daily life.
