Sadly, due to the current lockdown, we are closed until further notice. We very much hope we will be allowed to open again before too long.
To make your planning easier in these uncertain times, we make you this promise: If you book to stay at our hotel and due to government restrictions you are unable to come, there will be absolutely NO adverse financial consequences for you. You will be able to re-book for a future date, or get an immediate refund if you have paid a deposit – whichever you prefer.
Although we would prefer it if you booked online here on our website, some members of our reception team will still be at the hotel between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday to take your calls on 01590 616253. If you can’t get through to them immediately, please bear with us, leave a message, or send an email to email@example.com asking for a call-back – we will reply to all emails within one working day.
We feel incredibly well supported by all our wonderful regular customers, as well as by those of you thinking about the amazing prospect of a UK domestic break once our hotels can reopen again. Thank you from all of us.
